I take it every day, keeps me from being grouchy, and my nerves calm.
It's the best I've ever taken, it is a B-Complex, has everything, not just B-12 or B-6.

The best you can buy for a cough, I highly recommend this product!
I will not use anything else, this is the only product a person should use for a cough.
