Exactly as they should be.
Good value for these washer jets. They fit properly and can be adjusted easily.

No more big vibrations.
These suspension rods certainly returned our washing machine back to normal after some time having to deal with it 'walking' around the laundry when washing larger loads.
Our model of machine (LG WD11020D) needed to have both front a rear panels removed to access the rods, and the front control panel was fiddly to remove making sure it didn't break. The trick of using a close-fitting socket to release the suspension rod retaining pins works well (you'll see this in youtube).
