Should be installed by Sunbeam from new
Ever since I bought my first sunbeam coffee machine over 10 years ago I was always surprised by how far to the small end the grinder had to be set. I generally ran mine at 4-8 on a scale of 25.
Installing the shim washer now means that my cafe series grinder now runs at 10. One less first world problem to be solved!
