Forester XT MY06 Window Motor
The motor is identical to the original. Some products researched that were advised as replacements were of slightly different configuration. They may have worked too but this one matches perfectly.
Motor has just been installed and is currently still working.

Good Cheap Fix
Pen works very well and covers scratches to top coat. Care is needed to add material only to the scratch. Not easy to remove excess pen material adjacent to the scratch but if you use patience and care then you get an almost invisible fix. I will try cutting the pen tip to obtain a smaller cover on the next lot of scratches.
