Interesting first-person RPG - Positves and Negatives.
2 of 2 found this helpful I was looking for a fun RPG for my PS3 and decided to try Oblivion. The reviews on this game are all positive and peaked my interest. I am a fan of the traditional RPGs like Final Fantasy, and this one is different. The first-person controls are a little clumsy, making tasks like arrow-shooting a little difficult. I am not far into the game, so that may become easier with experience. Also, enemies low to the ground are difficult to spot and may surprise you. The story-line is cool with virtually unlimited other quests and tasks to take on.
Graphics are overall good, but do not match up to the newer games like Metal Gear 4. The menu screen is a little clunky at first, but becomes a little more manageable with time. If you want sharp, clear graphics with great game-control, this might not be the game for you. If you are more interested in story-line, free-play ability and depth - its a great game.

Solid College Basketball Title
2 of 2 found this helpful NCAA March Madness is a great title with solid play control. Graphics are an A+. For those who love dynasty modes, this game offers a fantastic, realistic simulation of the college basketball process. Recruiting is in-depth and relatively easy to do. You select your target list of players and go after them by scouting, contacting, and offering a deal. (There are so many options in how to scout/recruit - it's really fun.) Your schedule is created and can be modified (if the teams will accept your invites.) The controls take a little while to get used to, but fairly easy to catch on. The one negative is the camera views. They have about 5 or 6 and I don't really love any of them, but again - something you get used to. Oh, and players start with just positions and numbers - not names. I switched my team but don't think there is a "global" change to names options. Overall, a quality game.
