An excellent upgrade option for P4 machines!
I bought this as an upgrade for my aging 2.6Ghz Pentium 4, I installed it and it raised my WEI score a bit, seems to be rock solid so far. I like how easy it was to change out the CPU, but dislike the fact the pins are now on the motherboard instead of the CPU.. guess I'm old fashioned like that. Compared to other P4 CPUs of the same clock speed, this one is really no different.

You get what you pay for. Great little drive, not any faster than non-SSD..
I hooked this up as a third hard drive on my SATA-2 controller and it performs as well as the regular non-SSD drives from my brief testing. I'm sure if it were the primary drive or only drive in the system, it would really shine, but as a second or third drive, it is bottlenecked by the other drives in the system.
