Don't buy
1 of 1 found this helpful I still ordered this after pondering many bad reviews, because the price was aggressive. I hoped have at least gotten a year's use out of it...sadly quit heating water after 7 days...maybe 10-15 cups of coffee. Luckily, I purchased the 3rd party warranty.
