Worked fine once we got the old ribbon cable to work
Overall it looks and works (so far) like a new keyboard, but it did not include the ribbon cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard so luckily we were able to move it from the old keyboard. It took a good half hour of connecting and reseating before it worked, but so far it's been fine and shouldn't be a long term issue. Just be aware this will likely take longer to install than it could have (the other end of the cable is easier to tell it is in place, but at the keyboard end it just sits there under a little lever).
