One hell of a kickass watch
1 of 1 found this helpful Well, I took my time in deciding on purchasing this watch. I already have 3 other Invicta's. Originally I was going to get a Silver Venom, similar to one I saw at a kiosk in Vegas. The best price offered to me on that Venom last May 2015 was $700+ USD (I'm Canadian). However after doing my research and watching some review videos on Youtube, and making the leap from my customary silver to a Gold coloured watch... I placed my order for my Venom Hybrid 5040F.
It was ship expedited USPS to Vancouver, Canada, and I tracked it all the way. Excited and crossing my fingers that it would arrive before I left the country on holidays. It arrived just in time! Opening the box at my PO Box, I wasn't disappointed. This thing glistened and BAM I knew it would be a show stopper. I took it right away to a specialty watch store, that sold some nice pieces, to be sized. The guys were familiar with the Invicta Brand (they carried some a while back)...but they were REALLY impressed when they saw my Hybrid, the first that any of them had ever seen. They all had to take a look, and after sizing it, they refused to charge me!! saying it made their day to see and hold it.
Others have told me that "I can't stop looking at it".... I know what they mean, because I'm the same way, Lol.
So YES, I love my new Invicta, and plan to purchase one or 2 pieces of gold jewellery in the near future to complement it. Heavy weight, super detailed, large face (looks great on my 6' 1" 208lb frame) this watch is truly a shead turner! I LOVE it! Now I just have to learn how to adjust all the dials. LOL.
