An absolute ripoff-not genuine product
I purchased this product as a replacement for my two existing aging and damaged (though functional) handsets. Upon assembling the handsets I found no belt clip, a standard accessory with this model. It gets worse. When the base unit and remote handsets were plugged in they did not display the time as the original ones do. Further, the handsets display the warning "incompatible battery" (or something of that affect). I never experience such problems with my original handset, neither has my mom for whom I purchase the same model new.
My only conclusion is that this is not a genuine product and I've been ripped off.
