It's a paper weight
3 of 4 found this helpful This product is absolutely worthless. I guess you get what you pay for. I talked to customer support and in the end the tech told me I would have to send my desktop, laptop and pad in to be configured just to get the router to work and that's just not going to happen. Very very disappointed in the purchase of the "TP-Link 450 Router"
