Great addition to any cook's library
A comprehensive cook book with some really interesting recipes that go beyond the usual, boring ideas people think of for vegetarians. Most of these recipes would be at home on a restaurant menu.
If I was to have one complaint, it would be there is no dessert section included, but then just about all desserts are vegetarian friendly. Over all, this is a good addition to any cook's library and for anyone vegetarian, either just starting out or experienced.
