Magnificent
I did cheese the next day I got it. It was my second attend to make cheese and the results were very good.
It is an easy way to get rennet here in Australia given that the cheese maker online shops are expensive and charge at least 15 dollars for shipping.
I do not know if it is the best rennet as I am just getting involved in the cheese craft world. But I can say it works very good.
