2 of 2 found this helpful This classic could be released now and still rival todays best sci-fi. Outstanding effects for a 50 year old production. Outstanding 50's adventure mixed with the good and evil that is within all of us. It's a film you can just watch and enjoy or search for the deeper meanings the movie carries.
You can see the origin of the Star Trek formula with the ships crew in this film.
Outstanding cast , great special effects and sound , plus Robbie the robot. Might be the best sci-fi from the 50's.
This package came in collectors tin box with an additional DVD of "The Invisible Boy" that stars Robbie the robot. Small lobby cards and and model of Robbie completed the package.
