Good idea for brewing coffee
I'm really happy with this method, it brews fast and provides you with a really consistent coffee, I won't say you will get a real espresso, I think in that sense the method needs more pressure but you might obtain a very strong coffee, even stronger than a mokka, or a brikka
You need to use 7-8.5 grams of coffee and approximately 65-70 ml of water and you will obtain a 25-35 ml shot of strong coffee, just what you need within 30 seconds of brewing!!!
