Excellent read.
The author writes in a style that is typical of his age and culture, so it is a bit blokey, like other war autobiographies. But the story is interesting and he tells it well. There are photos and he was able to return and get the perspective of the surviving partisans. which coloured his version of the tale. This is definately a book to be recommended to others.

BATTERY
It said it had a battery. It did. No need for a 30 km return drive to the nearest store and it works, Without instructions.
