It steams and it steams.
Do not expect miracles, it does not remove the creases out of heavy duty cotton unfortunately. It does make ironing on lighter fabrics a lot easier though, compared with ordinary steam irons. The user manual comes in the form of pictures. Very difficult to figure out. I emailed the Tefal help-line asking for clarification about the different settings but i had no response!
