Great book with practical tips

I bought this book in order to improve some family dynamics and I was blown away by the contents of the book. Very well written. The book is full of real-life examples and the book offer useful solutions which really work. I started applying the ideas immediately and it is improving our communication tremendously! There's no need for anybody in your family to be depressed anymore! I am learning a lot. Great Job, Dr Chansky
