When I first received the item, it looked 100% legit. I plugged it in to my phone and the quality was horrible, and the sound was disgusting. I saw this coming, (because I'm buying on eBay) and was extremely disappointed and angry. I later realized I wasn't plugging in the headphones correctly (because they're new you have to use extra force to get that last part in) and the sound quality was great. These headphones are 100% real and they're wonderful.
