Wedding Singer is a heartwarming classic!!!!
The Wedding Singer is definitely my favorite Adam Sandler movie and is one DVD I have to keep in my collection. Ive sold almost my entire collection multiple times and keep going back to buy the Wedding Singer. You just cant be without it. Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler have awesome chemistry in the picture. They go great together and (I think) would make a cool couple. Sandlers wife has to be something---if he ever got divorced someone should give him the hint about Barrymore. Drew looks the best she ever did in this movie. By far. Especially when her mom in the movie tells her she is much better looking than the "Linda" girl that dumps Sandler. Sandler knows how to get a cast together. The cast here totally rocks. It has many guys that are usuals in Sandler movies along with Billy Idol. ((no Rob Schneider---yay!!!!!)) If youre looking for romance this is your movie. If youre looking for laughs, try some of Sandlers others like Happy Gilmore. Wedding Singer isnt loaded with laughs but has a couple killer parts. If you dont smirk at Steve Buscemi falling off the stairs, dropping his glass, moaning ""arrrrrrr" like an old coon hound--you dont have a pulse.

    Shoeless Joe the Novel
This is the book that inspired the Kevin Costner movie "Field of Dreams." I recommend the book for people who like a somewhat quirky inspirational story and for writers who are looking to write something totally original. Maybe people who like old time baseball of the early 1900s also. To me, the movie covers things better. I like the voice in it. In the book, the husband refers to his wife as "my love" ---which is somewhat--you know---old or irritating. The book does have many parts that the movie cut. One thing I have to say is the author had to have an amazing imagination. This story is probably the best Ive come across. The guy is beyond gifted. YOU MUST SEE THE MOVIE. Im not a baseball man at all, but the movie floors me everytime I see it. The movie isnt about baseball. It just has baseball in it. I get chills everytime the movie starts. It has a creepy, inspirational magic that no other movie has. It makes you look at small towns, cornfields, and life in general in a different way.

    Halloween 4 Soundtrack
Halloween 4 is different from the other Halloween soundtracks. It basically sounds like a big orchestra playing the entire song list. Only a couple tracks play parts of songs that originated from Halloween 1 (((song 5,8, and 9))) while the others are mostly original. There are quite the scares in this album if you turn it up loud. Lots of unexpected loud jolts. Halloween 1 has "the classic" soundtrack. You know every single tune. Its a classic for all movie genres. Not just horror. The sound resembles an old eerie grand piano. You picture a dark street with Loomis running around and the Myers house listening to it. Many of the tracks on the album repeat themselves with slight differences in the tracks. Halloween 2 has many of Halloween 1's tracks. The sound is kind of like a swishy 80's keyboard. Especially when playing "Jaime's theme" from part one. It doesnt sound as old (which is bad because old is scary) but it sounds darker, Kind of more slow and ill sounding--like a soundtrack to a mental ward. The extra music on this CD aside from part 1's songs is worth the price. I bought this album to get that somewhat creepy yet cute "Mr. Sandman" tune. Out of these three-------buy the original Halloween 1 album WITHOUT the orange border ((orange border disc has film dialogue in it)). Its classic and scary. Halloween two is for collectors and would probably be the next best choice for a collection. Sound wise---if youre a stereo man and like loud music with big sound---buy part 4.
