Difficult beginning
I like the phone but find the instructions les than perfectly clear. Also the print is small and, for some of us, difficult to read. I am gradually learning by trial and error and am happy with the way that is going.. Tracfone was extremely difficult to work with. It took over 3 days plus much time and effort and they have still not provided 200 of my minutes. You were very prompt with the delivery and I thank you for that.
