Didn't work well out of the box
I own one that I had purchased directly from Best Buy and the 2nd one I purchased on here. The headset now works however when I first took it out of the box there was no volume playing out of the headsets speaker. The mic worked fine however. I had to keep increasing and decreasing the volume via the volume wheel on the headset. after fiddling with that the headset seems to work fine now. it's not a huge deal but the first 45 minutes I had the product in my hands made me think I should return it immediately. so just be warned, future buyers

game worked great
if there was a problem there would be more to say but there isn't anything wrong. so far the game works great haha
