Easy to read, doesn't sacrifice accuracy.
I have used this version for several years along with a variety of other versions. It is a more accurate translation than many others that are in modern English. There are other more precisely accurate translations, like the Kenneth Wuest NT, which is a challenge to wade through. I can recommend this one to everybody. I continue to make comparisons of certain passages in order to assure myself of what the Lord wants to convey. This is a valued part of my collection.

Excellent purchase based on son's enthusiasm for this book.
Our son had borrowed this from a library and told us how much he was learning from it, so, we got him this copy. He says he is very pleased to have his own copy and hopes that we bought a copy for ourselves. This was a very pleasant surprise for him.

Amazing bonding of a man and an elephant born on a farm on the same day.
We bought two more copies of this book to send to animal lovers after my husband had read this book. He raved about it.
