Works well if directions are followed
1 of 2 found this helpful Using a sleeve, I was able to get this item to comfortably hold my penis without sliding off and without being too tight. The two harness straps, when used with a sleeve, spread the tightness over a larger area and make the tightness unnoticeable. Then with the elastic rope, I am able to get a constant gentle stretch, similar to that of a penis weight hanger.
*Some notes: I had to use the item with a sleeve and I had to attach the harness at the base of my penis in order for this device to not come off.
