New in box as described in purchase link
Product arrived very fast and was new in the box as described. Didn't take much to set up or connect to the app and the WiFi. I'm using the timer function and it works well so far. Sometimes it turns on outside of the time and doesn't turn off when expected. Not a problem, with the App I'm able to turn it off. Was able to set up the room and give the plug a name relatively easy. Setting the timer was just as easy.
