    not if you have a bad back
    I had used this before (on vhs) with great results, but stopped when I threw out my back excersizing with it. Well within a week of using it this time I threw my back out (badly) again. The hover squats and stepping excersizes seem to be particularly bad if you have lower back problems. If you don't have lower back problems I think it's a wonderfull workout, wish I could do it.

    great book
    This book is full of recipes (could use a little more explanation on why certain foods are used, but I hear that is provided in another of her books). We have followed her plan exactly for 20 some days now, and it works well. The strange thing about this book is it gives you a plan for 28 days and you are supposed to do it for 8 weeks, there is not a good follow up chapter on living your life this way. The recipes are very helpful.
