Excellent Book!
2 of 2 found this helpful Despite what the previous reviewer said about this book, it is an excellent source of information for people who are finally serious about losing weight. It provides lots of inspirational advice. It's "real." No, there are not any magic ideas here, just the basics...eat less...move more! It really is that simple. It's the only way it's gonna happen. But, if you need some motivation from someone who knows not only how to do it, but can also help with the emotional side of the overeating habit, get this book. You wont regret it! It's a fun read too. Dr. Phil has a great sense of humor!
