2 of 2 found this helpful I've always had dry lips and wasn't able to wear matte lipsticks until I came across this product. The first night I used it I woke up to soft, healthy looking lips! I still put a very small amount on before putting on my makeup but it allows me to wear a matte lip without being uncomfortable!
