great phone but buttons come off
the first phone i got sent, 5 of the buttons came off in 2 days. the company was very understanding. i sent it back and they sent me a replacement. im think it may have been the same phone just with the buttons glued back on. within the first day the buttons started coming off again. because i like the phone i couldnt be bothered resending it back so i just glued the buttons on myself! also the phone doesnt connect to a computer so you can download music onto it. also the headphones are for an iphone connection but didnt bother me as i already had headphones for it. apart from that its a great phone. battery lasts forever. just remember that its a refurbished phone, so buttons may come off!
