New Horn
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this horn when I saw it for sale on Ebay at a great price. I liked that the model had many different finish choices too. I just wish that there had been several quality step choices in the mouthpiece that was available. About 40 years ago I had a Conn Tenor and it was a fantastic horn. Heavier than the Mendini but the Mendini isn't the quality of the Conn either. I sold that horn and hadn't picked up another one until I saw the price and features of the Mendini. It is a good choice for someone like me that is just getting back to the sax after a long lay off, and it would be a great choice for a beginner or a student going into the school band.
Yes, I would recommend this setup to anyone.

Great Sharpening Tool
1 of 1 found this helpful This new one that I bought was a gift FOR my brother in Michigan. But I have one just like it that I have had for over 20 years and it still puts a great edge on my knives. Mine also had a much better leather sheath to store it in, but that doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the tool.
