Not the expected outcome.
Found it quite costly for the size but wanted to try anyway. After drinking it as per instructions on the label, I get a super brief "buzz" or calmness that is so short it could be 10 seconds at most. I relax a bit and then it totally cuts my sleep. Worse than before. Perhaps I should try another version of the product as it has great ratings on the regular ones.
It may work on other people though.
