Withstands the test of time
I used to own this workout on VHS video tape, 18 years ago. It was a favourite cardio workout of mine with easy to follow steps, likeable instructors and challenging.
Over time the tape became faded and lost it's sound , so I spent six years without it.
I was very excited to have found it again on dvd and at a great price!
It is now living on my dvd shelf in my home gym and gets played three times a week.
