Great title
1 of 1 found this helpful I've read this book before from the library. I wanted my own copy so I could mark the parts that are important to me. The title speaks for itself. As a "slow" runner, John Bingham gives you the courage to not only start but to continue. He understands the middle age runner who may be slow, but also any runner would benefit because he UNDERSTANDS the mind of a person embarking on something new, who may not be the greatest in the eyes of others. Very encouraging book.
