Cust service & quality of goods.
All the reviews were right in saying, for the price, the goods are good quality. Yes made with plastic but I can tell you now, after accidentally dropping two times it still works. I had to watch a couple of videos to get the adjist but good on you. Gr8 quality cust service which is rare these days. Ty. I’ll b back to shop some more.

OMG. Thankyou.
OMG. I've only just had the device for about 20 minutes. It's easy to operate and it works a treat. I'll let you know when I have to take it off and put it back on again as usually the gel pads on these devices don't last anywhere near there recommended timeframes. But for now. It's great.

79r year old says works well
My mother who is 79 and has dementia loves her new radio. Her 1960's radio broke. The one and only radio my mother used to help fall asleep dropped and broke into hundreds of pieces. Now she has this whittle hand held one and she is able to sleep again. Great product that was really cheap. Good New is, it won't cost an arm and a leg to replace if this shatters in to tiny shrapnel.
