great combo great price
in my opinion this is a very good combo (book and dvd). the book is very well written, informative, good drawing to show how moves go and then you have the disk that shows how the moves are done. i have rented this from the library several times. now that i own it i have it to use at my own time the price was great for a combo that is as good as this one is

in my opion BRUCE LEE is the best martial artist that has ever lived. and it was a pleasure to read his philosophies that can be applied in everyday life.
