Mmm. Diablo.
0 of 1 found this helpful Graphics aren't good. Then again, we are in a time period where all graphics are amazing. So in this period of time, no Diablo's graphics aren't amazing. However, for when it was released, the graphics were my absolute favorite. You have to tweak it a bit to get it to run on window 7 computers, but after that, it runs smoothly. The game play, for an old Diablo game, is still very compelling to me today. It was a game I grew up knowing, and grew up fearing, and it will always still draw me in. The story isn't necessarily the best, but sometimes the story isn't what gets you. It's the combat system. In this case, you've got to think strategically while clicking on the screen to move your character forward, and then haphazardly try and kill goblins, or skeletons or stalkers before they kill you. I like the strategic thinking that this game makes you have. The most hated thing about this game that I personally hate to the ends of time, is the Butcher. Gave me nightmares as a kid, and still makes my skin crawl thinking about it. Great game for anyone who wants a taste of what Diablo was, and in my best, it is a keeper. If I had more thumbs, I'd give it ten thumbs up, but I'll stick with two thumbs up.
