Exciting Seson 2 doesn't disappoint!
I got this as a last minute anniversary gift for my hubby as we had just finished re-watching season 1 which we got as a gift a year previous. We are devoted Losties and this past season was rough with fewer episodes due to the Writer's Strike. We had forgotten how exciting Season 2 is with the hatch, the Others, and the Tailies. High quality episodes with subtle hints you pick up on the second time around, like Hurley alluding to time travel..., "just kidding dude.." Hmmmm....

Amazing instrumental mixes!
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a long time Beastie Boys fan but this is something that is less mainstream that what they usually do. Just as the title suggests, it is instrumental tracks of them mixing interesting songs and beats together. If you do not care for music without voices, you will not like this. Otherwise, you will love it! The cool thing is that I have started to notice snippets of certain tracks being used in the media, like NPR.

DVD with many workout options
1 of 1 found this helpful My friend recommended this DVD to me so I bought it on her recommendation alone and was glad that I did. Like most people, I find it hard to work out for a full hour and this Pilates DVD gives you a great workout in shorter segments. There are two 1/2 hour segments (one focuses on arm and abs while the other focuses on legs and abs) as well as a 12 minute quick workout. All 3 of the segments are very good. I usually do Tae Bo but working this into my routine has made me feel stronger. It also shows many people doing the moves so you can choose your level of beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
The feature I have only used a little bit is the ability to "mix up" parts of the routines. For example, the abs segment from routine one with the legs from routine 2. I tried it a couple times and felt that it didn't flow as well as just doing the straight routines. I have been pleased with the 3 routines on one DVD. I figure I'll play with the Mix It Up feature more if I get bored with the routines. I really do recommend this for any busy person who wants to work out at home, a great workout that makes you stronger!
