It's a great game
I had heard about the game Ticket to Ride before. It's of course a very popular game, so it didn't come as a huge surprise that it was amazingly fun!
We have played it a lot since it arrived around a month ago, and I can't really think of any complaints. The game is simply awesome. Very easy to learn, too. I played it with my grandma and she managed to win against some players that had played before.
That aside, I am very happy with the production quality of the set itself. The game comes with a nice, colored rulebook, which explains everything very well. The board itself is solid. There are 5 bags, which contain the individual train pieces and a 6th bag with some extra pieces, in case something goes missing. I would highly recommend this game to anyone.
One small note: Being European I realized after the game arrived that the board itself takes place in North America. Not a huge deal or anything, but if I could make the purchase again, I would probably have chosen the European board. Just something to keep in mind. I think there's also an Asian board and a Scandinavian one.
