great tool for landlords and tenants alike.
1 of 1 found this helpful i was quite surprised by how well made this was.
i am a landlord and i used it to prove in rental court that i was heating a tenants apartment properly. (she said i wasn't)
the minute by minute record of the temperature of the apartment was great!
and the graph made by the software was so obvious to the judge.
but, i was thinking, a tenant could also use this to prove a bad landlord wasn't providing heat.
that would be good too.
