Should Be Renamed Bloodsport Sadomasochism
29 of 29 found this helpful Of all the sadistic and masochistic films that have been made this one is the worst of them all. The studios must have been desperate for fast cash from the gullible who bought into this drivel. Can't wait until Gibson is bye-bye, gone, out of sight and out of mind. Hollywood will be a better place.

Great Reflections by a Great World Leader
26 of 26 found this helpful When William Jefferson Clinton was the 2 term president of the United States he was truly a world leader who was admired as such by so many.
Now that his successor has made a mockery of the presidency and a mess of our nation and probably much of the rest of the world as well, President Clinton's memoirs are more significant than ever.
His writing makes it very clear that he's a very wise man who's quite willing to thoroughly examine both his mistakes and successes. Unlike the administrators of the executive branch of US government who followed him, President Clinton very clearly exposes that he's a man of deep conscience.
This is a collectible book for one and all because it is reader-friendly. obviously, President Clinton wanted to make his memoirs available to a very wide readership, including youths. Bravo!

No Separation Between the Art & the Artist for Me
8 of 8 found this helpful The filth that spews from Mel Gibson's mind & mouth reveal to me not just what he's made of but also what all of his art is made of. I can't separate the performer from the performance. I also can't support Gibson UnAmerican
bigotry. Maybe Australians are into supporting arrogant, prejudice, drunken supremacists. This American has zero tolerance for it or the person who allows themselves to become the transmitter of social intolerance and superiority.
