Serenity Plus!
This recording is my all time favorite CD to use when teaching Tai Chi Chih classes.
The gentle sound of surf adds a gentle note to breathe in...breathe out. My students never tire of this music and many have bought the CD to use at home for their practice.

Breaking Away from Negative Patterns of Life
This memoir is loaded with stories and events when Krishna Das first went to India, and how meeting Neem Karoli Baba changed his life in the most amazing ways. More than that, this is a very personal reckoning that KD went through over time.... it is raw and honest, and very helpful for people on the spiritual path. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK.
