This is the BEST little book regarding emotional healing available.
I saw this book recommended on a television program over 25 years ago. I sent for it and have never been more pleased! I've loaned it to many aquaintances and friends; I've given it as a gift; and, I've re-purchased it, time and again, to replace my own copy. I review and reference the wisdom and practical advice found within the few pages, whenever necessary. The sound nature of the material keeps it constantly applicable throughtout life's phases.
M. H. Padovani has created a simple and straight forward masterpiece for understanding and aiding those of us that have common complaints of emotional pain and suffering. It hasn't gone out of pint in 26 years and I hope it never does. It is a timeless treasure.
