Very Pleased
I purchased several of the transcriber machines as we use them for transcribing our pastor's messages. This is a volunteer ministry - we provide the machines to the volunteers to do the transcribing in their homes. They are blessed by God's word and others are able to read the messages on the internet. I was disappointed that the machine/s did not come with a headset but that shows that I did not check the description thoroughly enough before I ordered. The machines are very easy to use.
