great book if you are looking for help setting and achieving yoour goals
Great book! really spells how the steps necessary to set and achieve your long term goals through a very interesting set of metaphors.

Great start to the day
Using the SPIN workouts in the morning is a great way to get the body ready for the day. There are 4 discs in the set and they allow for all different levels of riders. The instructors are engaging and make the time fly by. It is much easier staying the course and riding each day than riding to jut music on your own.
