A cobblers must have
I first found your product at the goodwill thrift store in Indianola Ia. I spent 95 cents for your product I never had a reason to use it untill a customer of mine brought me a leather dining room chair seat where there son threw a fit and stabbed a knife into the seat.Telling the customer that I have been in business for42yrs. And no matter how good you are there is just no way to make the repair unnoticeable.I happen to know where the .99 cents kit was and wondered if there maybe some pointers to which I was not aware of i already new the texturing with masking tape trick but that was only so so and we were talking about a $10,000.00 dining room set any way to make it fast and short mixed got the perfect match put my backing cloth under the 2 inch cut I believe it took3or4coats to fill in and get level put the texture paper on the top left it on and I swear you could not find the spot the customer was just speechless that was when I found out the price of the D.R. set.That was when I new I never wanted to run out of that product I looked on the computer and found what I thought was the same product and ordered a new kit from you people 3m I believe and boy oh boy was I ever in for one hell of a big surprise only to find out that the kit you sell know has only been made and improved better when I thought there was no better. No disclousure of damage
Both backs on boots are torn repair cost more than boots are worth very unhappy with prchase. No way this damage could have been overlooked
