13 of 19 found this helpful To offer me a partial refund when both filters we put in the box damaged is sa. You don t want to refund me because I tried to use one in good faith the way it was. The box was large enough to hold them so they were placed damaged in the box (pathetic). So what your really saying is I shouldn't have opened the semi-damaged one cause you would have tried to resell it because it was in a sealed bag.
