Wish I had it years ago.
The product controls the amount of oil in your food and eliminates that oop's spilled to much in the pan thing. Also works great in the new air fryers that require just a bit of oil to fry. I plan to buy a second one to accommodate a different oil.

Collectors Piece
My sister will love this. Has been asking to add to her cookbook collection. Arrived in excellent condition and will be very nice to add to her Christmas gifts. She usually figures everything out but this will be unexpected,
