Contemplative Springsteen.
Bruce Springsteen, a guitar, a harmonica, and a wealth of observational virtuosity. One of the many landmarks along his poetic transmigration. Nebraska bears testament to late twentieth century American life with a sense of timelessness and referencing that transcend ostensible cultural emphasis offering the listener further insight into the congruity of the human condition. Exquisitely recorded; this album is a must for all lovers of fine music. Consider also Trevor John Higley's Anthologies; another oracular virtuoso of the same period.
