Can't Wait To Get To Heaven
If you want to read a book that will charm you and delight you and make you laugh out loud, then this book is for you. Not intended to impart any message except the shear pleasure of visiting this small town and a way of life that is not longer existent. You finish the read hoping that you will get the chance to revisit this town and it's citizens in a future book.

Bones Would Rain From the Sky
I bought it as a gift to give a friend because it is undoubtedly the best book on raising and taking care of a dog that I have ever read. A serendipity was that so much of its insight into what works for dogs is applicable for relationships with fellow human beings as well. I did not expect that. It isn't a training book but more of a teaching on the interactions between a human and their pet and how to achieve the most from that type of relationship for both dog and owner.

Daughter of the Forest
This trilogy of books -- Daughter of the Forest, Child of the Prophesy and Son of the Shadows is totally absorbing to read. If you are interested in this genre, then these books are at the top of the field. I have never read any of this type of book that I enjoyed more than these three. The author is a very talented writer and story teller.
I checked the first one out of the library and immediately upon finishing it, bought all three for my own library and have now purchased another set as a gift for a family member.
A beautifully written and mesmerizing story.
