Please avoid this bad refurbished item!!! I have purchased this item two times with both hardware issues.
8 of 8 found this helpful There is a problem with the video fan. I even got remote help from Dell s technical support, the problem still exist since it s a hardware issue. The video fan doesn t response correctly and it just running. The vide fan always run with more than 6000RPM since the point when I start the system and it won t stop until I shut down the system. The is the second laptop I purchased from yours with hardware problem issue.
And this is even not the first time I got the hardware issue with this item.
One week ago, I purchased the same item here and got the problem with touchscreen. The touchscreen doesn't work no matter how I tried every possible ways. I also spent half day to get help from Dell's remote technical support. They said there is a hardware issue and i was asked to send the item to their Texas repairing center.
That's really a waste of item. I though the item's price is good so i returned it and purchased another one. Now you see that, a new problem arrived-----video fan problem.
Please, don't purchase this item. That's really terrible. (Maybe I am really unlucky two times, if you are a lucky guy, you can try it).
